It looks right, but to be completely honest I don’t recommend using Duketaters to get Shriekbulb. They take a long time to grow and it’s very hard to get their mature stages to overlap by more than a few ticks. Personally, my preferred recipe is Elderwort+Wrinklegill., you need to plant crops in adjacent diagonal slots (top left-bottom right or top right-bottom left), then you get a small chance to have a mutated offspring in the other two slots if they're empty.
